There are literally hundreds of builders spec homes available right now in this area. Many of these are brand new homes ready to occupy quickly. Builders are anxious to stop paying interest and utility bills on these homes.  In many cases you can own a new spec home in a matter of the few weeks it takes to complete and process the paperwork.

If you would like, you can build a home from the ground up and have it built YOUR WAY. You select the floor plan, the colors and the features. In most cases your new home will be ready in 3 to 6 months.
